First offenders shall complete drug education/counseling and community service over a period not to exceed 60 days. Second offenders shall complete drug education/counseling and community service over a period not to exceed 90 days. There is no cost associated with these penalties. Drug education program/counseling: Classes are offered weekly. You must immediately enroll in the drug education program/counseling with Behavioral Health located at 105 Hospital Road, Sonora (533-6245) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Community service: You must immediately enroll in community service at the Probation Department, Juvenile Division, located at 12784 Justice Center Drive, Sonora (536-6701) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.), Monday - Friday. Remember you must bring your Minute Order and this referral form to enroll for the drug education program/counseling and community service. The Probation Department will notify the Court when you have completed the drug education program/counseling and your community service hours have been verified.
