The Informal Discovery Conference is set for at a.m./ p.m. in Dept. . (Pursuant to local rule 2.04.1, subdivision (f) (1), conferences are scheduled to be held within 30 calendar days of the granting of a request.) The time for filing a motion to compel discovery on the disputed issues is tolled until the date set for the Informal Discovery Conference. Refusal of any counsel or unrepresented party to participate in an Informal Discovery Conference shall be grounds, in the discretion of the Court, for entry of an order adverse to the party represented by counsel so refusing or adverse to that counsel.
